Data processed

Technical data collected when you visit

When you visit the website, it automatically processes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the response, the source of the visit, and information about your browser and operating system. These data are used to deliver pages, protect the website, and identify technical faults. Access and error logs are kept for no longer than 30 days and then deleted through scheduled rotation.

Yandex Metrica — only with consent

Yandex Metrica stays off until you allow it. It helps the website owner understand which pages people visit, where they come from, and how they use the site. If you agree, Yandex receives the page addresses you visit, the source of your visit, details about your browser, device and screen size, browser language, approximate location, and actions on the site. Webvisor is enabled: it records actions during a visit so the owner can see how people use a page. Yandex says these recordings are kept for up to 15 days. Metrica may also save browser identifiers in cookies and local storage to recognize a browser on return visits. How long they remain depends on the identifier and service settings.

This website has no submission forms, accounts, comments, or personalized ads. Do not put personal data in URL parameters or third-party links. Messages sent through Telegram are handled by Telegram under its own policies.

Purposes and legal basis

Technical data are processed to operate and secure the website and to identify faults, as part of the operator’s legitimate interests, provided this does not infringe visitors’ rights (Article 6(1)(7) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). Yandex Metrica starts only after you select “Allow visit statistics”. If you decline or make no choice, no Metrica requests are made. You can change your choice at any time using “Manage analytics” at the bottom of the page.

Data recipients

MTS — connectivity for the website server

The website runs on the owner’s own server, connected to the internet through an MTS home connection. Mobile TeleSystems PJSC provides traffic transmission and may process network connection information in providing communications services, including network addresses, time, duration, and data volumes. Its processing is governed by Russian law, the communications services agreement, and its personal data processing policy. The website owner does not separately send website access logs to MTS. HTTPS encrypts the page content being transmitted; technical connection information may still be available to the communications provider.

Solar Space — website protection

The website uses Solar Space, a protection service provided by RTK IB LLC (RT Solar). Visitor requests pass through the service’s infrastructure to detect and block attacks and malicious traffic. The service processes IP addresses, request and connection information, and browser information transmitted with requests. Depending on the protection services enabled, visitors may be asked to complete a check, such as a CAPTCHA, to confirm that a request comes from a person. This processing is necessary for website security and operates independently of the visitor’s Yandex Metrica choice. Processing terms are governed by the service agreement and RTK IB LLC’s policy.

Yandex — statistics with your consent

After you allow statistics, your browser sends data to Yandex LLC for Yandex Metrica under the service terms. Until permission is given, the website does not load the counter or send Metrica requests. Links to Yandex’s documents are provided below.

Retention periods

Website access and error logs are kept for no longer than 30 days. Yandex Metrica states that Webvisor session recordings are kept for up to 15 days; retention for other Metrica data depends on the service settings.

Article 64 of Federal Law No. 126-FZ on Communications requires communications providers to retain information about the receipt, transmission, delivery, and processing of users’ messages for three years. Retention of other data by MTS is governed by applicable law and its processing terms. Retention of Solar Space protection data is governed by the service terms and applicable law; the 30-day statistics reporting window described in its documentation does not establish when protection logs are deleted. The website’s 30-day log retention period does not apply to data retained separately by these organisations.

Your rights and privacy requests

You can change your analytics choice using the button at the bottom of this page, ask about your data, request correction or deletion, or use the Yandex Metrica Blocker browser extension. Send your request to sushkov.code@yandex.ru and include the page address and details of your request. To protect your data, the operator may ask you to verify that the request concerns you. The operator will respond within the periods required by law.

Security and data location

The website server is located with its owner in the Russian Federation. Data transmission is protected using HTTPS, and access to website logs is restricted. Solar Space states in its documentation that it stores and processes data in Russia. These statements concern the website and protection service infrastructure; Yandex Metrica processing terms are published separately in Yandex’s documents.

Policy updates

This page will be updated if the data processing changes. The revision date appears at the top of the page.
